I am always very pleased not only with the customer service but also with how my hair has changed since I arrived. I am always happy with the color tone, and they never mess up the color like in other places.

My hair has become stronger, and my extensions are fabulous. Dany is always in constant search of the latest in colors, cuts, extensions, etc. You can come and be attended to with confidence, whether by Dany or her daughter. Both of them are excellent.

In the month of April I decided to do my hair for my birthday after 7 years of growth i had a full head of healthy hair past my waist, really just needed my ends cut. I wasn't going to post but I'm horrified Everytime I comb my hair now & need to let it out in hopes I can get over this feeling I have which I won't say. For one I was placed in hair dryer for way too long then a blow-dryer was used & then a flat iron was used at such a high temperature smoke was coming out that by the time she was done I had breakage which made my hair no longer all one length that without the after oil I look like I was electrocuted all hairs sticking up. She burned my hair off! My hair has been completely damaged and now have balding spots when I put hair up in ponytail burned off from the root 😭this was the worst experience I've ever had!! Between her and her assistant either they don't know what they're doing or they intentionally did this to me. I also have blisters that formed on my scalp. 100% the Truth. My hair was already drying as it was being set in rolos so why did they do this to me? I can't say what they deserve I chose to leave it in GODS hands. Mujeres Malas!!! One month later & my hair is still falling out!!!!!!!!! I'm disgusted how someone can claim 2 b a professional !

De este lugar solo tengo buenos comentarios. Llego y automáticamente baja el estrés con el que llego porque se siente ambiente familiar y de buena vibra. Me encanta el buen servicio y la calidad del trabajo! Mi pelo ha cambiado 100% de manera positiva desde que comencé con este centro . Me fascina y lo recomiendo al 100% !
